INVEST SASA does not process payments directly. Transactions occur between buyers and sellers. We recommend secure payment methods and disclaim any responsibility for payment-related issues.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not post illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. Any attempt to misuse the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
INVEST SASA is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the platform, including disputes between users, incorrect listings, or lost transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on INVEST SASA, including logos, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or used without permission.

INVEST SASA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
